Tahini Two Ways

I love tahini and I love middle-eastern food.
My infatuation with good middle-eastern food has inspired me to use tahini in various ways, both savory and sweet.
Some thoughts about tahini…

Old Friends, New Friends, Great Food

I love to cook at home about 99% of the time, but I also love a date night with my husband. Since Kyle is away from home so much due to fishing, I usually have to go outside the home to find a good date!  This also applies to weddings (except for my own.)
