Let me go on record as saying that this year was the first year that I was really excited about the Superbowl!
I actually don’t like football, but, when I found out that Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge, MA was offering a special winter barbecue in honor of the big game, I really opened up to the idea celebrating this day.

My sister has been taking me to Formaggio Kitchen for years.  They have two locations, one in the South End of Boston and one in Cambridge.  Their selection of cheese, raw honey, and chocolate is phenomenal.  They sell food products from all over the world including bread from France.  But, they also carry an endless number of products from local producers.  My very favorite treat to pick up is the smoked salmon

When the weather warms up, they have an outdoor barbecue every Saturday at their Cambridge location.  Maybe something worth checking out this spring?
